30-inch base cabinet cut list and one-sheet layout
This starting point shows how seven cabinet-carcass parts fit on one 48 × 96 inch plywood sheet after blade kerf and edge trim are included. Copy the dimensions, then change them to match your actual joinery and measured stock.

SawNest produced this result with a 1/4-inch trim on every sheet edge and a sample stock price of $74. The 80.6% figure is finished part area divided by the full purchased sheet area; the remaining area includes kerf, trim, and potentially reusable offcuts.

One row represents one unique part size. W and L are the optimizer's two rectangle axes: for the bottom, 22 1/2 inches is front-to-back depth and 28 1/2 inches is the span between the sides.

Start with the joinery, then rerun the sheet.
The bottom's 28 1/2-inch span between the sides assumes two actual 3/4-inch sides and a 30-inch outside width: 30 − (2 × 3/4) = 28 1/2 inches. If the measured plywood is thinner, or your bottom overlaps the sides, that finished dimension changes.
Shelf clearance is also a design choice. These shelves are 1/8 inch narrower than the opening and 5/8 inch shallower than the bottom. Confirm hardware clearances and grain direction before treating the sample as a final list.
